The hit of the New York Film Festival and now a certain frontrunner (possibly neck in neck with Life Itself) for this year’s Oscar for Best Documentary Feature, CITIZENFOUR is the latest from Laura Poitras (director of Oscar nominee My Country, My Country and also The Oath) and is about NSA surveillance whistleblower Edward Snowden. This is the first trailer, more of a teaser really, for the nonfiction thriller, which is produced by Steven Soderbergh and hits theaters on October 24th.
